Notable appearance facts
The Hour Glass
The hour glass is a VERY important feature for Time Out.
>It takes one hour for the sand to completely empty into the bottom part of the glass.
>Once the sand has run out, a contraption in his chest will automatically turn and flip the glass over to repeat itself
>Time out is able to take out the hour glass from his chest if he wishes to
>His hour-glass-holding chest is completely hollow and goes straight through his neck/chest ((ignore that it kinda goes through his butt in the second image. That was a mistake ^^" ))

Eyes
His pupils are the center of a clock, with hands on the edges. The clock hands can point in any which direction. It doesn't matter what time it is.

Other clocks
He has two main watches, one on his front left leg, and one pocket watch tied around his tail. They're optional.

Limbs
All limbs are made out of gears. Front legs have a single wire going down the forearm/calf. His paws have mechanical bones, but apart from that, they're normal flesh/muscle.


Personality/Backstory
Time Out is a mad/insane character. If he were ever to be put in a story, he would be the villain if he had anything to say about it.
Although he is quite isolated, Time Out LOVES people and loves making "new friends," however, you don't want to be his friend. He especially loves playing games with his new friends, but these games usually end up in the friend being dead, or stuck in a cold and dark place for the rest of his life.
He has multiple powers, his most used one would be levitating and popping out of nowhere. Other powers are currently unknown

He lives in an isolated mansion. Not much is known about it, apart that it's centuries old and guessed that it may have once been a very popular clock shop, as there are many different kinds of clocks inside; big bens, pocket watches... all dem stuff! The mansion-like building is oddly large, especially on the inside. Most curious and stupid souls that wander in very rarely come back out, and if they do ever come back out, they're never the same again, scarred for life from the terrors they've seen, or from the eerie silence they walked alone in cold and dark corridors.

Friggin hell, I want to make a game or something of this guy :T
He is also now the third character of mine that has mechanical parts, all of them have replaced hearts, somewhat crazy in their own way, and two of them have mechanical right eyes =w="</i></i>
