A contest entry for Panimateds [OC CONTEST] Together Whichever Weather!
When I read the contest I automatically thought of Mr. Fluzzy being all cute like it is. Well, it hasn't eaten anyone yet so we're good XD

I had fun making this

about 20 animated frames, but all together with the added rain it ended up being 34 frames
